KATH PEARSON

FOUNDER

Kath Pearson’s expertise stems from 22 years in the real estate and marketing industry making her eminently qualified. With the strength of knowledge focused on real estate, she holds a professional history in Law and Public Affairs.

She founded Maison Advisory with a core value proposition, to service clients with professional advice and integrity, with discretion and confidentiality. She established her relocation business for the corporate sector more than a decade ago, and successfully continues to advise the expatriate market with assimilation and relocation services.

With an established and solid reputation in the industry for her highly personalised service, Kath is known for her intuitive communication skills, and is dedicated to the success of the end result.

Born and raised in the Eastern Suburbs and now living on the Lower North Shore, Kath has a deep connection and love for both areas with a strong knowledge and analysis of the market. She has a wide network of contacts and excellent rapport with both the local and broader agents enabling her to build a portfolio of pre and off market opportunities for her clients. The culture of her business is fundamentally built on the strength of trusted relationships, while welcoming creative and challenging input in the process.

GERARD FITZGIBBON

Gerard Fitzgibbon has a diverse and extensive history in the real estate industry with a long list of glowing testimonials. Friendly, approachable, and committed to his clients above all, he has helped many families buy and sell real estate throughout the demanding and challenging Upper and Lower North Shore markets.

A firm believer in hard work based on integrity and the value of customer service, Gerard is an asset to Maison Advisory. Having refined his skills whist working with one of Australia’s top real estate agents, he has assisted many purchasers from first home buyers, to upsizers, downsizers, and developers.

Gerard’s local market knowledge is vast, and he is passionate about helping his clients in buying their most valuable assets. An expert communicator and negotiator, Gerard considers relationship-building, trust, and consistency to be the most important aspect of his day-to-day working life.

Gerard will never say no to a lychee martini or a Carlton (draught!). 

SEAN PHUAH

BUYER ADVISOR

Focusing on the Lower North Shore, Sean Phuah is highly driven and prides himself on having a positive attitude, always delivering customer service with transparency, honesty and integrity. 

Being bilingual and specialising with buyers both locally and internationally, Sean’s skills as a buyers agent excel as he confidentially connects his clients with their dream home.  

Sean has a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing, a Masters of International Economics and Finance, and with a successful career over 5 years as a real estate agent in Sydney’s Lower North Shore prestige market, he has established and sustained with credibility a strong background in sales. Sean however made the switch to assist buyers on their journey because he witnessed how inexperienced buyers can be when purchasing, and saw the need for buyers to be professionally represented in the marketplace. 

His ability to listen and understand his client’s needs, coupled with his knowledge of the real estate market and experience in negotiating, allows Sean to help deliver a stress free buying experience, exceeding expectations with confidence and expertise.

TOBY LLEWELLYN

BUYER ADVISOR

Toby Llewellyn has enjoyed a successful and rewarding career during the past decade in real estate, whilst also having a prominent presence within Sydney hosting large corporate events, charity and award nights as an MC. He began his real estate career with one of the largest auctioneering companies, and before joining Maison Advisory, worked in the agent recruitment team for one of the most recognised real estate franchises in Australia.

Toby’s real estate recruitment and auctioneering career has enabled him to develop a strong network of relationships with agents across Sydney, in particular, the Lower North Shore, Upper North Shore and the Inner West. Toby’s trusted and established relationships within the industry give strength to his strong communication and negotiation skill, with a great understanding of both the sales and buying process. 

Having grown up in country NSW, and lived in multiple countries, Toby has encountered people from all walks of life, and prides himself on his interpersonal skills. His commitment to exceed expectations, and his deep market knowledge empowers him to achieve optimal results for his clients. Toby is approachable and projects an instant warmth, leaving a lasting impression on all he meets. His positive and confident disposition brings his clients reassurance that their property search is in the right hands.

MELISSA LANGLEY

RELOCATION SPECIALIST / BDM

Melissa has a wealth of knowledge and personal experience with relocation and loves assisting our clients whether they are moving interstate or overseas. She enjoys the process whether it be moving pets, organising housing or school enrolments.


Her skills are diverse and have expanded her role into business development, in particular within our Asia Pacific market.


Melissa started her career in real estate at 18 years of age in Melbourne with a passion for property which reignited on her return to Sydney after 10 years as an expat in Asia. She is an asset to the team! 


Melissa loves a good Mornington Peninsula chardonnay.

EMMA SUTHERLAND

CLIENT RELATIONS TO GERARD FITZGIBBON

After 5 years in Hong Kong and an extension to her career in London, Emma returned to Sydney with a passion to enter the world of real estate. Originally from Newcastle, ten years ago her home became the Lower North Shore and her interest in the property market began and has gone from strength to strength in the residential market.

 

Emma utilises her people skills from an early career in the hospitality industry where she determined working with people, and having an interest in their needs was key. The North Shore is a market in which she excels and her relationships with the agents is fundamental to our client services. Emma’s upbeat and empathetic nature is an asset to Maison Advisory. 

 

Emma, influenced by Melissa, also loves a Mornington Peninsula chardonnay!
