Kath Pearson’s expertise stems from 22 years in the real estate and marketing industry making her eminently qualified. With the strength of knowledge focused on real estate, she holds a professional history in Law and Public Affairs.

She founded Maison Advisory with a core value proposition, to service clients with professional advice and integrity, with discretion and confidentiality. She established her relocation business for the corporate sector more than a decade ago, and successfully continues to advise the expatriate market with assimilation and relocation services.

With an established and solid reputation in the industry for her highly personalised service, Kath is known for her intuitive communication skills, and is dedicated to the success of the end result.

Born and raised in the Eastern Suburbs and now living on the Lower North Shore, Kath has a deep connection and love for both areas with a strong knowledge and analysis of the market. She has a wide network of contacts and excellent rapport with both the local and broader agents enabling her to build a portfolio of pre and off market opportunities for her clients. The culture of her business is fundamentally built on the strength of trusted relationships, while welcoming creative and challenging input in the process.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO KATH PEARSON

Whilst working for Maison Advisory, Manon is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce at UNSW with both a major in accounting, and a minor in marketing, equipping her with professional analytical, organisational and communication skills.

Her relationship with clients is as equally immeasurable as her market analysis reporting and research conducted for client property briefs.

With a caring and compassionate nature, Manon understands the emotional factor when purchasing a property and engages with clients with sensitivity and ability. Her great attention to detail assists in simplifying the purchasing process, despite the fast-paced nature of the real estate industry.

A love for all things people and property, Manon is proud to work alongside Kath Pearson in her team, and is committed to ensuring the best results when working on client briefs.

Lydia has worked internationally in the luxury fashion industry for over 16 years primarily in sales and negotiation roles. Having relocated to Australia 11 years ago and basing her young family in Mosman, she embarked on a new path renovating properties, establishing relationships with architects and interior designers within the market.

Lydia has a keen eye for detail​ and identifying property that has potential and scope to become the ideal family home or investment property. A passionate and dedicated working professional who has built a career on building relationships with clients, Lydia ensures that integrity and confidentiality comes first.

As a Buyer Advisor living on the Lower North Shore, she has engaged a wide network of contacts and relationships with local selling agents, a fundamental asset when assisting our clients to find their dream home. ​

Having refined his skills whist working with one of Australia’s top real estate agents, he has assisted many purchasers from first home buyers, to upsizers, downsizers, and developers.

Gerard’s local market knowledge is vast, and he is passionate about helping his clients in buying their most valuable assets. An expert communicator and negotiator, Gerard considers relationship-building, trust, and consistency to be the most important aspect of his day-to-day working life.
