Kath and her team at Maison Advisory were absolutely exceptional in their quest to find a suitable home for us. Kath listens to your needs and desires and targets properties accordingly. She is able to facilitate genuine off-market inspections. And her negotiating skills are amazing! Kath represented us at the auction for the property we bought and performed so brilliantly that the out-of -area agent, who’d  never worked with her before, said, “Kath, you’re the best”. Outstanding, it's as simple as that. Maison Advisory services were engaged to advise on purchasing two properties. One in the Eastern suburbs and another on the Lower North Shore.

After reading the brief, Kath was very through reaching out to her contacts to find the best properties. Kath's exemplary credentials and her much respected reputation in the real estate community yielded some great properties for inspection.

Kath probably doesn't usually get left a review from a vendor, but I thought it was worth leaving a review from the other side of the fence.
Kath was thorough and very well informed on the property her client was wanting, and had her clients interests at heart with all the contract changes, requests for clarity and all the information she gathered from the conveyancers and agent.

I first met with Danni  after a truly glowing referral from my new next door beighbour.    From the very first session together I knew I had met an exceptionally  passionate and committed  professional who would   do her utmost  to  meet my very challenging brief. In the end, It took a little longer than we had anticipated, in part due to two changes to the  parameters of the brief, and in part due to market developments. Danni was simply outstanding during this period and always  made me feel that we were in a partnership to find my property. When we fnally  found the One,  Danni came into her own and used  her considerable negotiating skills  and diplomacy, to achieve a very successful ending for me.  I cannot ever  thank Danni  enough for sticking with me in my search,  and  will always be  immeasurably  grateful for her caring wnd mindful approach with me.
